Vekitchen’s 100% plant-based food, using produce sourced wherever possible from ‘low food miles’ outlets, is cooked in green energy kitchens and delivered in zero-plastic packaging, placing sustainability at the heart of its kitchens. The menus, reflecting our preference for healthy and nutritious food with global flavours, have been crafted by a team of experienced food developers including Philli Armitage-Jones, finalist on the BBC’s Masterchef: The Professionals. Vekitchen’s cuisine is accompanied by a range of organic wines and beers, shakes, kombuchas, juices and beverages produced using processes that exclude the use of artificial chemical fertilisers, pesticides, fungicides and herbicides.
